Halloween 2010

So, a neighbor friend and I had been talking about throwing a neighborhood party for weeks, but the procrastinator I am never got around to it. So it was called off until Lucy found a Halloween CD around 4:00 on Saturday. We popped it in and had so much fun dancing that we decided we had to have a party! We made some phone calls, ran to the party store and ended up with about 15 kids at our house in a couple hours. The kids had so much fun! Lucy and friends made a huge haul last night around the neighborhood. GOOD TIMES!

Seriously...count the heads. Even if I only charged $5 an hour, this picture says I'd be making around $400 a day = $2000 a week = good money! Hmmmm...

Hip Hop and Pumpkins

Lucy and Kaitlyn started their dance class today. They were groovin' to MJ's Billy Jean...their routine will be to Justin Beiber's "Baby, Baby". We're bummed they'll miss next week for the danceline clinic, but just MORE FUN! I love having a girl. :)

We had a great weekend!

We met Mom and Ron at the General Store in Minnetonka for the hand off. We shopped a bit, took Bailey to a dog park, stopped for lunch at my old grounds - DP's in Richfield, and went to a movie later that night. After meeting Jackie on Sunday, Lucy and I finally hit the outlet stores in St. Michael...it was actually my first time and I made up for it! HUGE deals! Then we stopped for the end of the Vike's at the Alien restaurant we've passed a hundred times.

Lucy's class was on a mission to find their missing gingerbread girl, and she was hiding in our classroom!

There is still hope...

We tried open skating again, and Lucy did great. Check out the one foot glide! She is signed up to begin lessons again this Thursday.

Lucy is in Kindergarten!

Daddy spent the morning with Lucy at school while I had my own FIRST DAY...it was a great one for all of us. Tomorrow she goes ALL day!
